We were approached by Harris construction limited to find a quick waterproofing solution at short notice for one of their projects on the Coca-Cola factory in sidcup.
After a site meeting we decided to overlay the existing torch on felt roof using the alwitra, evalon Vsk system with a 20 year guarantee. The existing roof was cleaned, dried and repaired before being primed and overlaid.
Maris polymers Liquid detailing was applied to the balustrades, the Maris system is fully compatible with the evalon and comes with the ICB 20 year guarantee.
Alwitra walkway matts were then installed for safe access to the service units on the roof.
