Cardinal Flat Roofing replaced the slate roof on my house last autumn. I initially called Charlie in to look at the roof with a review to some repairs to slipped and broken tiles that I noticed after moving in over the summer. Charlie arrived on time to quote (early on a Saturday morning, which was ideal for me) and honestly assessed the roof: I could have it repaired, but really it was going to need replacing in the next few years. That assessment was confirmed by a couple of other quotes I got, and so I decided to have the roof replaced. I decided to go with Cardinal based on price, honesty of assessment and flexibility on scheduling. The job was done efficiently in a few days, including new sofits and fascias. Charlie and the other roofers tidied up well each night and at the end they made sure all mess was cleared up and removed. I was very happy with the job and the outcome. Since then they’ve also repaired my garage roof. I would definitely recommend them to others.
